Trong thời đại công nghệ hiện đại, trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) thường được xem là cuộc đua dành cho những quốc gia có tiềm lực kinh tế mạnh mẽ và nền tảng công nghệ cao. Tuy nhiên, blockchain lại khác: nó được coi là một “cơ hội chia đều” cho mọi quốc gia. Với Chiến lược Blockchain Quốc gia được Việt Nam công bố gần đây, chúng ta có cơ hội tham gia vào lĩnh vực công nghệ tiên tiến này và đạt được vị thế quốc tế.
